Commissioner Linnie Taylor

Linnie Taylor is a Democrat who represents District 18. District 18 includes Southfield Township, the villages of Franklin, Bingham Farms, and Beverly Hills, and portions of the City of Southfield and the Charter Township of Bloomfield. At the April 8, 2026, Oakland County Commission meeting, Commissioner Taylor voted to move public comment to the end of the meeting. She also voted yes on "Project Prove-It" for Flock surveillance drones. Despite voting for Flock surveillance, Commissioner Taylor then asked the Sheriff at a budget meeting to confirm that Oakland County does not have Flock.
